1. Where can I use Fileslink?
You can use Fileslink to host your image files for online auctions, discussion boards, blogs, picture sharing or other temporary file storage use.
2. How much does it cost?
It's free!
3. How do I upload a file? Do I need to register?
You don't have to register. Just go to the main page, click the Browse button found on that page, select the file you want to be hosted and then click the Upload button.
4. What file types can I upload?
all of image type & flash files.
5. Is there a file size limit?
There is a file size limit of 3 MegaBytes per file.
6. Is there a bandwidth limit?
No, there isn't.
7. Do you allow direct-linking or hot-linking?
Absolutely. After you upload your file, a code will be provided so you can use it to post on message boards, auction sites and more.
8. Are files going to be deleted after some time?
The files will be hosted only for 100 days. The files will be deleted after that but you are allowed to upload them again if needed.
9. Will Fileslink resize my image?
No we won't resize your image. We also won't put any watermark on your image. Images posted will retain the quality of the original.
10. Where can I see my uploaded image? Do you have some kind of an uploaded image manager?
Sorry but as of now our system doesn't have an uploaded image manager for users. Instead, after you upload your image you will be given a url which you can use to access the said file. You can copy and paste the url to where you'll be using the image such as on message board or your auction page. We suggest that you save a copy of the url into a text file so you won't forget it.
11. What if I forgot the url of my image file?
Just reupload it. It is advisable that you copy and paste the url of your file and store it on a text file.
